Interquartile range is measure of dispersion since it is the difference between 75th percentile and 25th percentile. That is it represents the spread of the data in the middle 50%. And hence it is the measure of dispersion. Percentile and quartile are the measures of position since they represent the position of the point at which i% data is completed.
