Answer -A 5'Nuclease Taqman PCR Assay,Y.enterocolitica growing on blood agar plate (BAP) medium. CDC recommend use of cefsulodin-irgasan-novobiocin agar for isolation of yersinia.

b. At what temperature would you incubate the plate??

Answer -Incubation at 25 degree C is recommended to prevent loss of the virulence plasmas in yersinia.
