1. An incoming ray that is parallel to optical axis will reflect as though it came from focal point.

An incoming ray that comes from the direction of focal point will reflect parallel to optical axis.

An incoming ray that reflects off the optical axis at will reflect at the same angle from the optical axis (but in the opposite side of optical axis.).

An incoming ray parallel to optical axis will reflect throught the focal point.

An incoming ray that passes through the focal point will reflect parallel to optical axis

2. Must reflect through the optical axis at the focal point

Must reflect through the image of the tip of the whisker.

3. Convex mirror

Because only convex mirror make the Inverted and small image. Other mirror forms either Inverted or large images.

Question 1 and 2 are just laws of refraction.
