One of the hardest challenges you might face in securing virtual environments is re-educating your staff and users to get them used to operating within a virtual environment.
How would you re-educate your staff and get them used to the virtual environment?
Hello,
Now a days its very important for us and also for our staff and workers to be smart and be more productive .
Need to work smart , not to hard.
we can see that most of compnies and their staff are working very hard but the progress of the company , we can't see. There must be some reason behind that .
Very important reason is Managment .
your managment about your time, work , your meetings , family, clients communication, etc.
There are many ways from which we can re-educate our staff and train them to work in another productive ways.
#1. ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS: One of the best ways you can educate your employees is by having one-on-one sessions with them. Once a month, book a meeting with each of your employees. It’s a chance for you to talk to them about their progress and about the work that they’re doing. It’s a good opportunity to provide feedback while also teaching them a new few things. When you’re having this meeting, you can point out things they may be doing wrong and teach them how to do them right. You’re the person they want to impress; they’ll do whatever they can to improve.
#2. GROUP ACTIVITIES: Teamwork is incredibly important to working life; you get nowhere if you try and do things on your own. Particularly if you have a lot of employees all working as individuals. You want to encourage teamwork to increase productivity and help keep your employees happy and motivated at work.there are various ways you can use groups to install the value of teamwork. If you have a training day, you can use some team building activities that will help increase their understanding of teamwork. Working as a team is a massive skill that all your employees must learn the value of.
#3. Feedback: This is one of the most effective ways to re-train your employees. Unless management is open to feedback, training will come and go without information being retained. Make sure to talk to your employees about the information presented and if they have any feedback to either better new implementations in your workplace or about how the material was presented.
Be aware to your staff with loop holes of the company. How it should need to work. whats your responsibility , how the staff is the key part for you , for the company.
Hope this will help you.
