Can someone please help me with this question? Write clearly and please explain why/how you use all of the recuired equations. (I just started studying physics, so please explain your steps)

A point-shaped weight with the mass m = 2 kg is attached to a light thread with the length L = 3 m. The thread is attached to a solid plane according to Figure 1. The weight is initially raised, with the thread tightened to the angle α = 10 ° after which the released to form a pendulum motion in the vertical plane. Calculate the tension in the wire when the weight is in a) the lowest position of the pendulum and b) the upper turning position of the pendulum. The mass of the wire can be neglected.
