1.Add as normal manner we get answer =`18.427ml

2.Among two numbers,4.6 has only one decimal number[right side of decimal
point] So our answer will have only one decimal plce

Thus answer is : 18.4 ml

Among two numbers,there is 2 digits in 9.50 right of the decimal point
hence answer should have 2 digit after decimal
