There are different types of CAM.

Naturopathic: It is imparted with the help of medical diagnosis. It is based on therapy also. The natural medicines are used there. It is mainly used to cure the chronic diseases. Healing is done by proving various natural stimuli. It is very helpful for relieving back pain, head ache, depression etc. it is used both in physical and psychological problems. Here the patients are advised to follow some rules. They are asked to change lifestyle, diet habit etc.

Ayurveda: Now, Ayurveda is very popular in the people. Here medicines are made from herbal sources. There are numerous types of herbal plants. It is very primitive method of treatment. In ancient days people would depend on herbal resources. The main reason behind popularity is that this medicines do not have any side effect. These medicines are not harmful to health. Some Ayurvedic medicines are available very easily. They are comparatively cheap.

Almost in every disease Ayurvedic medicines can be applied. Even some minor surgery can be done with the help of Ayurvedic.

Yoga: It is a primitive practice to keep our health fit. It is helpful both to body and spirit. It prevents many diseases. In stress, head ache, depression, heart disease, lungs disease Yoga is very helpful. Besides, it relieves from back pain, kidney disease, digestive problems. It greatly maintains the normal blood circulation.
