Common Customer Pain Points are,

a) Financial pain points: Customers want to utilise their money effectively. So conditions like increased price, frequent replacement of components, hidden charges which costs them most are become pain points.

b) Productivity pain points: Customers want to spend less time and complete more deals within a small time. So anything creating redundancy in this process becomes a pain point.

c) Process pain points: These are the frictional points which restricts the customers to deal with a company smoothly during a process.

d) Support pain points: Customers want instant solution for a process, where they face trouble. So if there is less support staffs to answer their queries, it becomes a pain point.

Steps to Develope Customer First Values are,

a) Ask the customer what they need & purpose.

b) Provide the customer the best product according to their need.

c) Provide service for maintenance of the product to keep the customer satisfied with the product.

d) By doing above two steps keeping the delivered promises makes a good bonding between the customer and the company.

e) Giving rewards like discount, free services can engage a customer more with the company.

f) Allowing a customer to provide feedback makes an opportunity to understand the customer's thought process, which helps a company to take decisions about the customer.

g) Adaptation with the need of the customer makes helps to make a long term relationship with the customer.

h) Thanks giving whenever possible is another way to put a customer first.
