Since it is not mentioned that which question has to be solved and according to my guidelines I'm solving the first two questions. Please don't dislike in that case.

25. 5 and 1

Since there are 5 single bonds in CH2=CH2 and all the single bonds are called sigma bonds and the extra double bond is called the pi bond and there is only one double bond. Therefore, it contains 5 sigma and 1 pi bonds.

Note. In double bond one bond is sigma and other is pi.

26. E. All except XeF4

Since all the molecule except XeF4 has a steric number 4 for which they follow tetrahedral geometry because their hybridization is sp³ XeF4 has a steric number 6 therefore it's hybridization would be sp³d² and will follow octahederal geometry.
