(1) testSize is not updated as the variable is passed by VALUE
(2) Second for loop inside increaseArray should run from j = 0 to newSize

(b) Fix


(1) increaseArray function, void increaseArray(int *array, int &size , int value)
(2) Second for loop should run from, for( j =0 ; j<newSize ; ++j )
