Your company recently released its latest version of a popular business and industry software program. Programs always have a few bugs or problems upon release, even after the most rigorous laboratory testing, but this program is apparently infested with bugs. Stories are popping up across the Internet about how the program does not work, or specific features do not work, and your customer service team has been responding to customer complaints. The software designers report it is an exaggeration to say “infested,” and point out that in all the 3 trial tests it has worked perfectly. Your company is working on finding and addressing the issues and is ready to create patch programs and issue refunds if necessary but wants to prevent a recall and a loss of consumer confidence. You represent Software, Inc.
On behalf of Company, I would like to say that the software that we had launched has gain massive response and people across all the world has downloaded it.
Question 1 ) From where and how you have tested your software?
answer: As I am spokesperson of a Company, I came to know from higher authorities that we have tested this software in a certain group of people who are known to be good business analyst. They have used this software over a period of 20 days where software was working fine . All the necessary parameters were working fine.
Question 2) How bugs are analysis?
Answer: From all over the world people are coming to our distributor and claiming that some parameter of the software are not working. We have send this response to our software designer team and by doing some test they came to know about the bug and type of bug attacked the software.
Question 3) What is the reason for your software failure?
Answer: The reason for software failure may be the server problem or the program that we have feed to our software start responding to the unknown server. This may be the case of severe problem as server automatically connecting with other server . One of the reason might be the compiler unable to response to the information.
Question 4) What will be your next step?
Answer: As we are changing and modifying our software program , as soon as possible our software team would come with the latest software update that would run properly.
Question 5) Is there any chances of software failure further? If so then why should people used your software?
Answer: As far as I know, the software failure would not occur from next time . If so happen then we would come up with some solution .The solution would be discuss with you after the meeting with higher authorities occur.
