when the central metal is dsp2 hybridised then the geometry of compound is square planar and the hybridisation is sp3 then the geometry of the compound is tetrahedral.

c. LFSC of Ni(CO)4 oxidation state of Ni is 0.moreover Niin d10 system. complexes of d10 metal atoms and ions will always have LFSE = 0.

Ans:2 jahn teller distortion mostly observed in octahedral complexes.theoritically it is found in all d system d3, d8 and d10. it also found in high spin d5 and low spin d6 system also.
