We used relativistic length contraction to answer this question because the speed is comparable to the speed of light. It is given by

l=l_o\sqrt{1-\frac{v^2}{c^2}}

We Substitute all the values now

(2.7 x 108)2 1 = 15571 - 3 x 108)2

l= 67.6 ly
