Strengths: initiator in law cost Airlines and leaders in that. Largest airlines in the word in terms of number of passengers Diversified management which make it more efficient in handling costs. Third largest fleet for carrying passengers Weakness: It has not offered any segment seating i.e no business class carries insignifact amount of cargo/Freight Opportunities: S till many national and international markets are not tapped there is potential in that it can have on longer flights, thus expand It can also tap business travels private fights. Threats: Decrease in air travel demand terrorist activities may result in loss fule price fluctions and international crude oil price.
