Answer #1

3 Lymph is a fluid that circulates throughout the lymphatic system. The lymph is formed when the interstitial fluid is collected through lymph capillaries. It is then transported through larger lympatic vessels to lymph nodes, where it is cleaned by lymphocytes, before emptying ultimately into the right or left subclavian vein, where it mixes back to blood .Lymph returns proteins and excess intrestistial fluid to the blood stream.

4 the spleen is surrounded by a capsule which protects the underlying tissue called pulp. White pulp contains dense population of lymphocytes. Capillaries in the spleen open into red pulp where free and fixed phagocytes remove abnormal red blood cells and other antigens

1 a drop of plasma can become a drop of extracellular fluid and then a drop of lymph. Pressure in capillaries forces blood plasma out of the capillaries and into interstitial fluid, becomes lymph as it flows in to lymphatic vessels. These vessels return the lymph to the blood at the subclavian vein

2 lymph from the left arm, most of the chest , the abdomen , and the legs drains into the thoracic duct which implies into the left subclavian veins. Lymph from the right arm, the shoulder, the neck, and the hand drains into the right lymphatic duct, which implies in to right subclavian vein

1 edema is accumulation of fluid in tissues bedridden patients are too sedentary and fluids are not pushed along the vascular or lymphoid system as well as and edema occurs
