Answer #1

A likelihood ratio can help to determine whether a particular test can assess the conditions properly or not. It can be analysed now and then to keep the assessment up to date. So, likelihood ration will also tell if a diagnosis is fit for any patient or not. This will help to move from one diagnosis to another till the one suitable is found. This way it can help to adopt the new diagnosis.
