Leakage flux is the flux does not couple the both windings and that flux does not pass through the core of the transformer.

Amount of leakage flux may be reduced by interleaving the primary and secondary windings in the core.When distance between the two windings reduce, leakage flux also reduces.

In case 2 leakage flux will be lower.

No, practical transformers do not behave same as ideal transformer in real world as in ideal transformer output power = input power that is not true in practical case, there are iron losses and copper losses due to winding resistances and reactances. In ideal transformer winding resistances and reactances are ignored.
