a) The population is the people suffering from Blood Pressure Issues.
The sample is the 30 people selected for the study
The response is the Average blood pressure measured between the drugs.
The treatments are drug A and drug B
b)In a comparative randomized design we compare 2 or more groups of test subjects to ascertain whether or not there is a difference in their behavior to different treatments. Since here we are interested in knowing the effect of the two drugs on the blood pressure therefore it is a comparative randomized design.
