• Composite weighted average of Location A is 73.8
• Composite weighted average of Location B is 74.5
• Composite weighted average of Location C is 67.25
• Composite weighted average of Location D is 76.75

Weighted score is computed as sum of weights is = 1 , just multiply each weight with the score and sum up vertically for a specific location.

Location D is the preferred choice as D's weighted composite score across all factors is the maximum at 76.75.

Part c)

• Yes , even if Location C's infrastructure factor score is updated to 80 , the answer would still be Location D as that doesn't change Location C's Weighted score > 76.75.
• Location C's revised weighted score becomes 71.25 which is < Location D's weighted score. hence , no change in the answer b) above.

Part d)

• 2 benefits for the hostel in location D are it is very near to the campus (proximity) and the hostel location has good student traffic causing minimal disruption caused by non academicians.
• Concluded above by checking importance of weight as factor 1 and 2 have 45% of the weights and score of Location D is excellent in these 2 factors.
