perimeter=6a=60m

area=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}(10)^{2}=150\sqrt{3} \ m^{2}

after scaling,

a=2m

hence,perimeter=12m (decreases 5 times)

area=\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}(2)^{2}=6\sqrt{3} \ m^{2}(decreases 25 times)
