Sucrose [C12H22O11] is a non-electrolyte as it is a covalently bonded compound. So it does not dissociates into ions in aqueous solution but it dissolves in water as molecules instead of ions.

Explanation- (Definitions)

Non-Electrolyte = These are substances that do not separate into anions or cations when dissolved into any polar solvents. These are poor electrical conductors and not easily dissociate into ions when dissolved. Solutions of these do not conduct electricity.

Electrolyte = It is a substance that produces solutions that should be electrically conducting when it is dissolved in water (a polar solvent).
