FNet^2 = F1^2 +F2^2 +2F1F2 cos theta

angle between F1 and F2 is 28-23 = 5 deg

sdo Fnet^2 = 955^2 + 1409^2 + 2* 155*1409 * cos 5

Fnet = 2361.833 N
