Teamworks can thrive for the dream work , but at the same time it can be very challenging also. There are challenges associated with the performance teams when all the members like the managers, administrators and clinicians are comfortable making decisions. Some are lited below:-

1. Trust:-  There is a lack of trust among people and members of different domains and technicalities. The lack of trust results in poor decision making and also threatens productivity of performance teams.
2. Proximity:- Every member in the team has a different opinion on how the work should be done, But research has also proved that even though remote work is possible, but the productivity increases when the members work in close proximity of each other. This proximity may lack when members are of different domains in performance teams.
3. Optimal conditions:- Since now this is a very fast paced environment , it becomes difficult to cope with the pace of work for all the members. There should be optimal conditions how the members make decisions and work so that they are cohesive and productive as well.
4. Critisism:- There are times when the decision makers do not agree with the viewpoints and there are clashes of thoughs. Many members are even resistant to feedbacks and get easily frustrated.
5. Purpose:- With so many members with the power of making decisions , there are times when the real purpose of the work gets hidden.
