Answer #1

Answer: Ares’s two sons

Explanation:

All the four hold Mount Olympus as tenants in common because they did not meet all of the four unities for joint tenancy. The unities of the joint tenancy are time, title, possession, and interest. In this case, the unities are not met because they did not acquire it at the same time. While everyone else received it on July 1, Ares received it on July 4.

Assuming that Ares received it at the same time and Ares wrote a will and left his share to his two sons as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Ares's two sons will own the share of their father as a joint tenancy (their share is 1/2 of Ares's 1/4 share = 1/8)
