[NO] is constant

rate becomes 4 times

so, order of H2 is 2

see experiment 1 and 2:

[H2] is constant

[NO] becomes 0.0030/0.0020 = 1.5 times

rate becomes (1.8*10^-4)/(1.2*10^-4) = 1.5 times

so, order of NO is 1

overall order = 2 + 1 = 3
