Need help with antenna problem. Thanks.

An antenna having an input impedance on transmission of 70 +j30 2 is used on reception by connecting directly to a 50-92 transmission line which perfectly matched to a pure resistance load. The effective area is 0.4 m2. Find the power transfer to the load if the antenna is in a plane wave field of 100 μν/m. Compare this with the power that could be obtained with a conjugate match to the antenna impedance.
