let us assune the length of bat L = 1 m

using conservation of angular momentum

I w1 + m u r = mvr + I w2

(1/3) ML^2 w1 = m L ( v - u) + (1/3) ML^2 w2

30 = 1* 1* ( 10 + 10) + w2

w2 = 10 rad/s
