Price ceiling is binding below equilibrium. It is generally use to control price. When government want to not increase price above the certain price it use the price ceiling as price control.

B. Fixed price - a set price point for a product.

Explanation :

Fixed price is when we can not negotiate with that price. Every one has to pay this price.

C. Price floor - keeps a price from falling below a certain level.

Explanation :

Price floor is another type of price control. Price floor is binding above equilibrium. When price floor is impose, they have to pay minimum that price. For example minimum wage.
