Starbucks is one of the finest and largest coffee shops based in the USA. It deals with a variety of coffee products like different types of coffee, salads, sandwiches, pastries, e.t.c. It has its operation in almost 50 countries around the world, After USA, started its operation globally and it started its venture in the UK in the year 1998 by purchasing the outlets of Seattle coffee. The main objective of the Starbuck is to offer quality coffee ina suitable ambiance. But in the UK it has been a very competitive market, so to sustain in the market they try to introduce something different in their offerings such as -
1.Providing a cozy comfortable environment with personalized spacing to avoid disturbance
2.Special sitting arrangements for the office goers or other working professionals to rest after the whole day's work with coffee.
3. Special arrangements for the meeting were also available.
4. Special lights and music also made the surrounding quiet comfortable

1. In the USA, coffee shops are specially designed, so that people can work in the coffee shop itself. But in the UK coffee shops, people don't prefer to work in a coffee shop, they instead want to relax. So the coffee shop's design should be so maintained according to this need.
2. In the USA, people preferred to use paper cups whereas in the UK people preferred to use porcelain cups and cutlery. the shops can use their cutlery in the same way.
3. Americans as a customer preferred special treatment and they will enhance customer satisfaction. Uk people do not think about it much

1. The people of both the UK and USA customers prefer to have some special combo drinks. The UK people preferred to have a combo pack with classic items and the USA people like to have with the latest drinks.
