Discrimination in Labour Market arises when workers with the same level of skills set receives unequal treatment only because of their Race or Gender or Religion.

This can result in Variation of Wages among the Labourers. Labourers who are discriminated on the basis of Race or Gender may get Lower Wages and other may get Higher wages.
