Before reverse stock split:

Stock Price = $971

After reverse stock split:

Company declared a reverse stock split of 2 shares for every 3 shares. Then, new stock price can be calculated by multiplying previous stock price by (3/2)

Stock Price = $971 * (3/2)
Stock Price = $1,456.50

So, price of a share will be $1,456.50 after reverse stock split.
