Colleges and universities set tuition prices which result in full sections with some students turned away.
The rapid increse in tuition fees trebling in 2006 and again trebling in 2012 means that amount of outstanding debts has soared. The political attention over tuition fees has focused on the i.pact om young people taking undergrafuates full time degrees. But the biggest change , often overlooked has been collapse in part time students . College and universities set tuition prices becauses there are very expensive equipments for the science course and also there are highly salaried professor for better educations. But some students turned away due to high tuition fees . It affects some real problem for college to maintain quality education and campuses.
I think , there should be different fees slot for different catagories. For example , rich students and less intelligent student should be charges higher fees than standard. Poor students or middle class students should be charged with a less fees or there should be a scholarship scheme for each semester . This will definately increase the number of part time students and scarce facilities would be rationed without affecting the financial conditions of students.
