Answer #1

a. Calculation of quick ratio:

Quick ratio = Quick assets/Quick liabilities

2014 = (1270+1100+830)/2,000

= 3200/2,000

= 1.6

2013 = (860+1,500+940)/2200

= 3300/2200

= 1.5

b. Quick ratio is improving.
