Ans1) Yes, temporal relationships of different variables are tested in the graphs, those are- volume vs time, specific gravity vs time, concentration of cl vs time, concentration of urea nitrogen vs time.

2) Various components of urine that may affect affect urine output that is sodium excretion, potassium excretion , free water clearance were correlated with urine volume to determine their relative effects.

3)Reabsorption involves the absorption of molecules, ions and water that are necessary for the body to maintain homeostasis from glomerular filtrate back into the blood. Secretion involves the transfer of hydrogen ions, creatinine, drugs and urea from blood in collecting duct and is primarily made of water.
