a) 4 and 5:

In this case, reaction 4 will be faster becoz rate of reaction will increase with the increse in the concentration of reactant as 2 mole of B is used as compared to reaction 5 at same Ea and temperature

b) 1 and 3:  

Reaction 3 will be faster than reaction 1 because at high temperature activation energy (energy required to convert the reactants in to the products) of reactants will decrease further compared to the reaction 1 which has high activation energy and low temperature resulting in decrese in the reaction rate.
