Answer #1

I would probably look for a Psychological care as a Psychologist's way of treatment is inclined towards the understanding of a patient as a person and his/her situation, emotions, behavior, and mental sufferings. They try to study a patient in depth and also with psychological testings if required. They approach the treatment starting with talking to the person and providing them the comfort of letting out their problems just by conversation. They are confined to the natural and biological medium of treatment All these are very important in understanding what the patient's real problem is and if required, a Psychologist can refer the patient to a Medical Practitioner for further treatment. A Medical Care specifically provides medication to the patient and may only provide a course of treatment and medicines.

Another reason to choose a Psychological Care is that in a Psychological Care, a Patient gets to understand the working of the procedure themselves. A patient may understand and avoid his/her present situation by understanding the problem he/she is going through and how he/she is being treated. They may further take care of themselves without having the need to be dependent on medication and be able to understand the worth of their own self in treating themselves and train themselves in the long run.
