(Salary+Commission). Its also said that the goal should be attained , standards should be observed and methods should be used,--All these can be considered as the directions from an Employer(aka Boss). There fore Lila here is an employee and KupaJava is the Employer.

Lila can not be an independent contractor because its already said that'the goal should be attained , standards should be observed and methods should be used'.If Lila is an independent contractor then she doesn't need to obey all the three conditions. Because Lila has to care on the results not in which method its done. But KupaJava directs Lila , through how its to be done, So Lila definitely not an independent contractor.

2) An enterprises company hire Quinn buys for the commercial development . But Quinn buys the property secretly and sell it to the company where he's working.

Definitely he breached the duty of loyalty. Loyalty is something what we should be taken care of . By becoming an employee of the company he is obliged to the company that he will work for the development of the company. Loyalty is also play a role in good wok ethics. Here Quinn has done something that should not be done.

His duty is to buy property, but he sold his own property to the company where is working >>>It s not even duty, Not even accounting, Duty of accounting means one should record all the transactions including monetary as well as the contracts , agreements etc .

Duty of notification by which means as an Employee perhaps If Quinn directly talk with the company that he has some property, and he is ready to sell to the company. Then if can be considered as duty of notification. But here he secretly sold it to the company where he is working. Therefore, it can be considered as breach of duty of royalty.

3)Nina is working for a Corporate company. There are exceptions for the jobs based on at will doctrine, and they are

1.Public policy

2. Implied contract

3.Implied covenant of good faith.

In will doctrine jobs the employer has the power to terminate the employee . But he does not have the right to do so . There fore the courts have included a public policy exception .

Implied agency theory has a third party agency to judge whether to terminate the employee or not >> Not applicable in this case

Standard operating agreement theory states about the standard work conditions pay etc.similar to the fair and balanced theory.
