No need to convert them into gram just compare them using moles.

From balanced reaction we can say that 1 mole of Fe2O3 required 2 mole of Al to react completely.

So, 2 mol of Fe2O3 required Al = 2*2 = 4 mole

But Al present here = 1 mole

So, Al is the limiting reagent here.

And the reagent that is in excess is Fe2O3.

So, correct option is C( Al and Fe2O3).
