Answer #1

a)
sample proportion, pcap = 0.09
sample size, n = 800
Standard error, SE = sqrt(pcap * (1 - pcap)/n)
SE = sqrt(0.09 * (1 - 0.09)/800) = 0.0101

Given CI level is 95%, hence α = 1 - 0.95 = 0.05
α/2 = 0.05/2 = 0.025, Zc = Z(α/2) = 1.96

CI (Proportion) = (o-z-p60, P), p+zay/B1, @)
CI = (pcap - z*SE, pcap + z*SE)
CI = (0.09 - 1.96 * 0.0101 , 0.09 + 1.96 * 0.0101)
CI = (0.070 , 0.110)

b)
Reject the null hypothesis
because 0.06 is not included in the CI (0.070 , 0.110)

    Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
