As Ralph's attorney I would advise him to show the court a copy of
the revocation letter which he received on 8th June by his uncle.
Which clearly stated that he has done the revocation on 8th June
before his uncle received the acceptance letter on 12th June So in
this case the offer made by the offerer had already been the
revoked before the acceptance of the offere, hence the offer
becomes void and Ralph comes out of this contract.
