Vapour pressure is inversely related to Intermolecular forces strength.

If Intermolecular forces strength is weaker, the vapour can be formed more easily and hence vapour pressure is higher.

CH3OH, H2O and HOCH2CH2OH can form hydrogen bonding which is stronger force.

But CH3OCH3 can have only dipole-dipole interaction.

So, force is weakest in CH3OCH3.

So, vapour pressure will be higher in CH3OCH3
