This is because,

\bar F = I(\bar {dL} \times \bar B)

Now according to right hand rule,

1. In the right side of the loop, dL is downward and force is towards left.

2. In the left side of the loop, dL is upward and force is towards right.

3. In the top part of the loop, dL is towards right and force is downward.

4. In the bottom part of the loop, dL is towards left and force is downward.
