Doctors office in the town will be considered as monopoly because no substitute to the doctor exist in the town.

I am in dilemma as in your answer it is showing wrong. It may be in Monopolistic.

Monopolistic competition is one in which a number of substitutes are available and a number of sellers.

Monopoly the product is unique.

Under perfect completion the output is identical.
