\Rightarrow T+12(9.81)sin30^{\circ}-(0.2)[12(9.81)cos30^{\circ}] = 12a

\Rightarrow 0.0833T+3.206 = a

For block-B;

\sum F_x=ma

\Rightarrow -T+8(9.81)sin30^{\circ}-(0.5)[8(9.81)cos30^{\circ}] = 8a

\Rightarrow -T+5.257 = 8(0.0833T+3.206)

\Rightarrow T = -12.236\;\;N

Hence the magnitude of the force is,

\Rightarrow F = 12.236\;\;N
