Solution:- The percentage of data should fall in the interval from 623 to 755 is 68%.

Mean = 689

S.D = 66

x1 = 623

x2 = 755

By applying normal distribution:-

z = \frac{x-\mu }{\sigma }

z1 = -1.0

z2 = 1.0

According to empirical rule 68% of the data lie between one standard deviation of the mean, hence 68% of data should fall in the interval from 623 to 755.
