Using Minitab:

To create a QQ-plot (quantile-quantile or normal probability plot),

select Graph > Probability Plot, choose "Simple," and move "Data" into the "Graph variables" box.

Click OK you we get plot.

The plotted points roughly forming a straight line close to the fitted line. So We can assume normality for this sample.
