You've installed a new PCIe x1 FireWire controller card on Susan's Windows 8.1 system. The system starts up fine, but when you check Device Manager, you see a yellow triangle with a black exclamation mark beside the NIC icon. What is the problem?

Wrong network setup or drivers(usually buggy drivers which are drivers that are built in to automatically download the stuff which is inside the setup)
So in order to solve this, try in un-installing and installing a fresh copy.
