Ionic interaction > H-bond interaction > dipole-dipole interaction > induced dipole interaction > London dispersion

London dispersion or van der walls interaction directly proportional to the surface (size) of the molecule.

CH3COOH has H-bonding interaction

CH4 and Ar will have only London dispersion

Ar is bigger in size and CH4 will have lesser surface area than Ar.
