Answer #1

Solution:

The Condon-Slater Rule for Two-Electron System states that Two Body Operators Couple Two Electrons at any given Instant as Slater Determinants which can be Expanded to determine the Electron-Electron Repulsion,Magnetic Dipolar Coupling as well as Total Angular Momentum Squared operators.

This Rule is also used for the Derivation of Working Formulas and Equations for solving the Schrodinger Wave Functions of an Atom having a Two-Electron System eg:Helium.

Such Formulated Methods are the Hartree- Fock Self Consistent Field Method,Moller-Plesset Perturbation Theory,Coupled-Cluster and Configuration Interactions.
