1.Intranet and Extranet:
An intranet is a private network generally it operates mostly by a large company or other organisation which uses internet technologies but it is insulated from the global internet. It is a private, secured designed to facilitate collaboration in which employees can create content, communicate. intranet can help streamline day to day activity and improve internal communication.
An Extranet is a private network designed specifically to allow individuals like clients, ventors to communicate with the employees in a closed virtual space. It allows for private communication, knowledge sharing. Large volume of data can be exchanged between parties via extranets. They can also be used to create collobaration.

2. online transaction processing system is a type of information which collects or stores or modifies or retrieves the data transactions of an enterprise. These are used by many of them because it will handle both the hardware and software problems without corrupting data. n mumber of users can perform at the same time but data corruption will not happen. The system is very simple to understand for the users It is making users easier for the consumers around the world to utilize a business service through a simple online system. It allows the users to buy the business goods and services

3. There are many reasons which CRM fails because companies rush to buy CRM technology without fully planning and understanding the operation changes which are required.
The main reasons like
Lack of change ,management: The company does not plan for change management which includes the changes in user behaviour required to adapt to the new tools. The persons which are ware of this CRM tools must be needed when they are dealing with it. and it takes few time to settle up people who expect immediate results for them it will ot work. When some are decided to use this tool they have to know something about this make other users to know so that it will be very easy for them. Otherwise it will not work and according to the questio that is correct because of lack of knowledge and not understanding properly it is happening.

4.supply chain management has evolved from manual, logistics and mechanical to modern and digital and automated integration so that is the reason why it has evolved and became one of the most important thing. Most important thing is it facilitates and optimizes the flow of products, information and finances allowing companies to create better relationship value and improve overall business efficiency.
